Right Honorable Tony Blair, commenting on the campaign launch as UK Prime Minister: 'Everything we do in our everyday activity, in our work and leisure involves some element of risk. Risk is an inescapable part of our lives. The challenge for all of us, both within and outside Government is to manage risk in a way which gives us the necessary protection we need without constraining what we do beyond a level that is justified. Secretary of State for Education,  Damian Hinds, has invited interested parties to input their knowledge of Character and Resilience ready for a special group to review and advise his ministry. The final date is 5th July

The chair of the Character Advisory Group, Ian Bauckham, is seeking views on the development of character and resilience in young people.
